Actress Tawa Ajisefinni emotionally reunites with her father after 30 years (Video)

During her visit to Nigeria, Nollywood actress, Tawa Ajisefinni paid a visit to her biological father, Alhaji Fasasi Oladejo Jimoh Ajisefinni after three decades of separation.

Expressing her joy, the Yoruba movie star met her now 92-year-old father with enthusiasm.

She acknowledged that many assumed she didn’t have a father because she only shared videos of her beloved mum, but in fact, she had not been in contact with her dad until last year when he divorced her mother.

Providing more information, Tawa revealed that her father reconciled with her a year ago, prompting her brief visit.

Despite his behavior, she holds no judgement towards him as she believes it is not her place to judge a parent.

She also paid tribute to her late sister and highlighted the sacrifices her mother made for them.

I’m glad to meet you again after three decades.

Many people believe I don’t have a father because they only see me celebrating my sweet mum.

He reconciled with me about a year ago and here I am to see him after so many years.

He recognized me real quick because he has been seeing me on the screen and he has my picture.

I’m not here to judge anyone… The decision of a parent is not in my hands.

May my late sister Airat Adebola Ajisefinni rest in peace… May a child not bring shame to a mother. Alhaja suffered a lot but God be praised today.

These things happen when parents separate most of the time. But MEN please always be responsible to the kids. Goodness.

Tawa Ajisefinni returns to Nigeria after 4 years

Last week, Tawa Ajisefinni and her husband returned to Nigeria after living in the US for four years, according to Kemi Filani.

The Yoruba movie star shared the news on her Instagram page, along with a video of herself and her husband at the airport.

Tawa Ajisefinni expressed her happiness to be back in her home country after four years and three months.

“Good morning Nigeria. I’m glad to be back home after four good years and three months.”

Her first visit was to her mother, who was unaware of her return to the country.

She shared a video of herself surprising her mother, accompanied by her brother who assisted with the surprise.

The video captured the heartwarming moment when the actress’ mother expressed joy and surprise upon seeing her daughter after four years.

Tawa Ajisefini appreciates her mother’s strength and is grateful to see her alive. She mentioned that her mother will soon turn 70 and hinted at a birthday celebration.
