Yet another stunning Vaucluse home has hit the market as momentum builds in Sydney’s prestige market ahead of Easter.

This time it’s the brand new north-facing home at 37 Wentworth Rd owned by Julian Babarczy, the Regal Funds Management portfolio manager, and his wife, Olivia, who owns interior design business The Interior Collective.

And Collier also has the reinvented home of interior designer, Kathryn Haynes, at 36 Martin Rd, Centennial Park, which has a $10 million guide.
