Pressing *6 unmutes you. Pressing *5 again mutes all participants. Participants are unable to unmute themselves. To return the conference to open discussion mode, press *5 once more.

To stop all callers on the line, press * 5 once. Callers may un-mute themselves by pressing * 6 if they are muted. To prevent participants from un-muting themselves, press *5 a second time or twice in succession.
