Nollywood actress, Ronke Oshodi Oke, has candidly discussed her weight loss journey.

In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, the movie star disclosed that she decided to lose weight upon the advice of her doctor.

At the time, she weighed 110 pounds, and her doctor, who is based in the UK, recommended weight loss. However, it wasn’t until she started experiencing illness and high blood pressure that she took his advice seriously.

Ronke revealed that she used a Weight Loss product to assist her in shedding the pounds.

“When I went to the UK, I visited my doctor there, and he said, ‘lose weight.’ It was my doctor who advised me to lose weight. At that time, I weighed 110 pounds, and he recommended that I aim for 75 pounds. I initially thought it was unnecessary. But when I began to experience various health issues, including high blood pressure, I took his advice seriously and decided to take action.

“At first, I used ‘Speedy Weightloss.’ I became too thin as I dropped from 110 to around 82 pounds, so I switched to ‘Fat Surrender.’ That’s what I use now, and I currently weigh between 86 and 87 pounds.

It’s not a scam! It does work, but it’s crucial to know how to use it. If used excessively, it can affect your liver. That’s why if anyone wants to try it, if they want to buy it, I would advise them that it’s important to eat while taking it. You must eat for your strength. If they follow my advice, it will undoubtedly work for them.”
