Rita Dominic Sends Birthday Wishes to Her Late Mother on Her Posthumous Birthday

Rita Dominic Anosike, a renowned Nollywood actress and filmmaker, is commemorating the posthumous birthday of her beloved mother.

On her Instagram page, she shared photos of her mother and sent her a birthday wish, noting that they lost her 23 years ago.

Rita expressed her hope that she and her siblings have made their mother proud and continue to do so, while also praying for her to rest in peace.

“Sending a posthumous birthday wish to my late mom.

It’s been 23 years since we lost you, and we hope that we have been able to make you and Daddy proud. Keep resting in peace, Mom, until we meet again”.

This is not the first time the movie star has sent a posthumous birthday message to her mother.

A year ago, Rita Dominic expressed how much she and her siblings miss their mother, emphasizing that she is always in their thoughts and hearts even 20 years after her departure.

Rita urged her mother to dance and sing with the angels, stating that they would join her in a grand celebration when they reunite.

Last week, Rita Dominic and her husband, Fidelis Anosike, held a memorial service for his late parents and brother.

The couple organized a memorial service for Fidelis’ late mother, along with her late husband, Elias Mordi Anosike, who passed away 42 years ago, and his brother, Benjamin Chukwudi Anosike, who passed away 32 years ago.

The service took place on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at Immanuel Church in Umueri, Anambra State. Rita shared clips from the service.
