How I got my account back! (legit).

I had just finished reading some comments yesterday on how Roblox terminated some accounts, so I checked my account and they did terminate both my primary account and alt account. I was pretty sad that the only accounts I’ve had since 2014 were terminated, so I posted a thread on what to do if your primary or alt account is terminated and a few hours later I saw a comment with this link

So I raced over there (still kinda sad that my 2 accounts got terminated) but when I went over there it told me to log in using my main email that was registered on the Roblox website so I did just that, then it asked for a phone number which is weird because back in 2012-ish they made us change our mobile numbers into alphanumeric code things, anyways after typing in my mobile number it gave me a 7 digit code to type in so I did, and after that, it asked for my account PIN number which was the last 4 digits of my date of birth, I typed that in but it gave me an error saying “invalid pin” or something like that so I tried it about 5 more times with different dates until one worked.

So yea it said I had to wait a few hours for activation, so I went to sleep and woke up today at around 11:00 am and checked my email for the link to see if it was worked. When I opened my mail there was only one link that caught my eye as soon as I scanned through all of them, this link

which I saw from the comment too 😀 So after clicking that link i got redirected over to the same site but with a different domain name. It asked me for my username and password again so I typed that in then came along with a bunch of other questions like what birthday did I pick, favorite color, why was my account terminated (pick the most appropriate one), and some other things that had nothing to do with my account.

After I filled all of those questions it came up with a screen saying “your account has been restored” so I simply logged out and logged back in then boom! There it was my good ol’ main account

I see that Roblox has different rules now so I’m not sure if this will work for future accounts being terminated ’cause they told me to change my email address after 7 days or else they might terminate the new one too. But yea guys tell your friends about this method if their account gets terminated by Roblox and tell them to change their email address after 7 days too. I hope this helps you guys 😀

TL;DR: Roblox admins terminated my account, so I found a website that works for getting your main/alt accounts back. The website is its 7 digit code part does NOT work but the last 4 digits of your date of birth do! Works both for primary and secondary accounts.

I’ve received my account back. Here is what I did:

1) Delete your old email from Roblox (ex. If it’s [email protected] delete all the emails from that account).

2) Create a new email on Gmail or whatever, and name it something you’ll remember to use ONLY for this website.

3) Go to and type in your username and password, then click “Forgot Password” at the bottom right of the screen. If they don’t work try different passwords until you get the message that says Private Message Sent, then just copy the link it gives you and paste it into your new Gmail account.

4) Wait for a Private Message to arrive in the email account you made, then click the link it gives you and fill out all of the personal information like birthday, gender, name, etc… Make sure not to put any other emails that Roblox might find (like [email protected] ) in there or they will ban that email as well. Also, make sure to leave “Gmail” selected because if you select Outlook or Yahoo! Mail they’ll be able to trace your IP address/location so just stay Google+ Email with [email protected] com).
