Wollongong, NSW: Man’s body found in David Jones carpark

A horrific discovery has been made in a popular department store carpark in NSW.

Police confirmed emergency services were called to a David Jones carpark on Globe Lane in Wollongong at around 7.15am after reports a person was found unresponsive.

The man could not be revived and died at the scene.

He is yet to be identified.

Officers attached to the Wollongong Police District have begun inquiries into how the man died.
